The ALIRON Hack Squat Loaded is an exercise machine that is used for lower body strength training. It is designed to replicate a natural squatting motion. With a curved arc of motion, this machine reduces stress on the knee and back. The machine also uses a standard counterweight for less resistance on the initial movement. The large footplate provides an ideal pushing surface and the ability to target all the muscle groups of the lower body simply by changing the position of the feet. High-density foam padding, PU leather upholstery “for furniture”. Side safety lever. 2 disc holder pins for easy and immediate storage.
